Assalamualaikum..
Sudah menjadi rutin saya tetiap hari check peti surat, turun pepagi nak pergi kerja, dan petang hari balik dari kerja, atau dari mana-mana, sebelum naik rumah. Memang wajib buka peti surat! Jengok kot-kot ada surat baru ke tidak..
Tabiat mama nih dah berjangkit kat si nanak kecil tu... turun dari rumah nak kemana-mana..mesti nak buka peti surat dulu..sama la jugak balik petang tu, kekadang nanak dulu berlari-lari ke peti surat.. cubaan nak membuka... Belum sempat mamanyer buat dulu...alahaiii... cepat copy!
Kekadang sampai en.suami tegur... "tak logik mama..pepagi posmen dah sampai nak letak surat baru.. Ye lah...semalam balik kerja dah check.. Pepagi ni nak pi kerja check lagi...."
Hihihi....

Best kan? pemeriksaan percuma mammogram di Columbia Asia Hospital.
Secara ringkas mammogram ini adalah proses menggunakan tenaga sinar-X rendah (biasanya sekitar 30 kVp) untuk memeriksa payudara manusia dan digunakan sebagai diagnostik dan alat pemeriksaan. Matlamat mamografi adalah pengesanan awal kanser payudara. Nak tahu detail tengok SINI.
Saya teringin nak buat pemeriksaan mammogram nih... orang kata mencegah lebih baik dari mengubati.. kan..? so, tersangat lah bagus kalau dapat check awal-awal... Kalau kata, ditakdirkan Allah diduga dengan "penyakit berbahaya"...dapat lah mencegah dari awal... berbanding kalau dah tahu bila ditahap yang sudah parah/kronik sangat lah susah untuk pemulihan.... Biasanya begitu lah hukum alam..
Bila dah berminat, saya call la Columbia Asia untuk tahu apa dia term and conditions untuk dapatkan pemeriksaan percuma mammogram ini..
[Korang nampak tak kat hujung fliers... ada "*term and conditions apply" tu..?]
Kecewa sangat saya sebab... pemeriksaan percuma ini antara syarat-syaratnya adalah:
1- Warganegara Malaysia
2- Berumur 40 ~ 70 tahun sahaja
hukhukhukhuk...tak dapat la nak free...melainkan berbayar je... Takpe lah demi untuk kesihatan, apalah sangat nilai duit.. Duit boleh dicari..kesihatan tak dapat nak cari kalau dah sakit.. Insya Allah satu masa nanti...
Sape-sape ada ahli keluarga dalam lingkungan 40~70 tahun, emak, kakak, mak cik, jiran tetangga, saudara mara, kakak angkat, adik angkat, mak angkat... war-war lah pasal pemeriksaan mammogram nih kat mereka... Amat berguna pemeriksaan sebegini sebagai langkah awal pencegahan..
